The panels are square and rectangular, with expressed joints, to achieve a wide range of architectural styles. The durable sheets are also pre-primed for fast paint application, as well as sanded for a smooth, polished finish. In addition to fire, rot and other external factors, Scyon™ Matrix ™ cladding also provides excellent resistance to warping, cracking and swelling.

3. CHAD Surface Coatings Render & Texture

CHAD Surface Coatings Trade Render was applied on the ground floor concrete block work entrance walls. Once this blockwork was coated and levelled with the Trade base render the final coat of marble based exterior texture tinted with colour was applied to achieve a pristine finish that accentuates the modern design of the property. Available in white or clear base tints, CHAD Surface Coatings Texture is supplied in a 15L pail. Using a trowel or spray equipment, the applicator can work the quantity to a coverage of 10m2 to 14m2 on all rendered substrates.
